Day 5: Why do you really want to lose this weight? Are you doing it for you?

The reason I want to lose weight is for me, my health, my self esteem…

I want to be able to walk into a room full of people and not have to worry about sucking in my gut.

I don’t want to have to struggle every day with what am I going to wear?

I don’t want to have to look at myself in the mirror…and dread what I see.

I want to got snowmobiling and my pants and jacket fit.

I want to go hiking and not get out of breath…so often.

I don’t want to worry about people taking photos of me and what I am going to look like.
